Portmarnock Primary Care Centre
Project Description
Blanchardstown Primary Care Centre opened in summer 2013 after a fit-out within Block Portmarnock Primary Care Centre will be located in a building that was constructed in 2008 to a shell and core finish.
Fit out work will commence in Q4 2015 and The Centre will comprise approx. 1,100 square meters and 30 car spaces.
Occupants will include The HSE, a local GP practice, and a retail unit.
The HSE will likely provide the following services:
Community Nursing,
Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy,
Speech and Language Therapy
Feasible’s role included the provision of services to acquire the site, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for project management, managing cost and quality control. Feasible also identified and secured an agreement with local GPs to relocate to the Centre.
One of the principals of Feasible-Pat Nolan is the Promotor of the Centre.
