Project Description

Knightsbridge Village is a modern purpose-built retirement village, providing 24-hour nursing care and independent living, in addition to Primary Care Services. There are Forty One Apartments, Twenty Eight Bungalows, in addition to a Nursing Home with circa One Hundred and Fifteen Residents. There is also a modern Primary Care Centre.

The Village opened in 2008, and further work has been carried out since then including the fit-out of the Primary Care Centre, provision of additional bedspaces within the nursing home, and additional car parking. Feasible have been involved with all of these projects.

Feasible’s role included overall Development Management including procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor, and overall responsibility for managing cost and quality control.
