Primary Care Centres/ Medical Centres:

The HSE have embarked on a transformation programme for delivery of healthcare services in Ireland. Primary care is the first of six frameworks for change set out in the National Health strategy. To this end, the HSE plan to deliver, in conjunction with private developers, approximately 250 primary care centres in Ireland, totalling approximately 535 primary care teams. We can assist private developers with the delivery of these centres.

Primary Care Centre - Wicklow

Services offered -

• Offer development advice on suitability of site for use as Primary Care centre.
• Offer advice on use for remainder of site (if applicable).
• Promote merits of site with HSE.
• Source GP’s to take space.
• Negotiate lease with HSE and GP’s.
• Source and negotiate with private practioners such as dentists, physiotherapists, dieticians etc.
• Advise on spatial layouts.
• Advise on internal specification.
• Advise and assist with procurement.
• Project manage construction (if necessary).

Nursing Homes:

Due to introduction of new standards and the ageing population in Ireland, it is estimated that over the coming decade there will be a requirement for an additional 10,000 beds in nursing homes. There will also be a requirement to upgrade or replace some of the existing stock. We can assist with new nursing home development, in addition to offering services to existing operations.
